Provide an Integral, Quality Education
Our college-preparatory curriculum includes over 100 different courses in 14 academic departments. Gross Catholic’s school day begins with prayer at 7:40 a.m. and is dismissed at 2:58 p.m. The school day consists of eight 46-minute periods, plus Advisory and lunch.
Gross Catholic has a caring, dedicated faculty and over 50% hold advanced degrees in their teaching field. The average class size is 18 and the student to teacher ratio is 12:1.
Gross Catholic offers 11 Advanced Placement courses and seven additional Honors courses. We also provide ACT test preparation classes and partner with College of St. Mary and Metropolitan Community College for dual credit courses.
Approximately 99% of Gross Catholic students attend college and universities, and over the last four years, an average of 65% of our seniors have been awarded scholarships totaling $25 million.
