Junior Cougar Wrestling is for student in grades K-8. The club practices on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays during the season. Beginning wrestlers start practice on November 5th and November 19th and advanced wrestlers start on November 7. The club competes in various tournaments and duals. Registration is October 21st & 22nd in the Gross Catholic wrestling room.
