Thank you very much for volunteering your time this year to take tickets, work the concession stand, stuff envelopes, organize Post-Prom, decorate for CeleBration, haul band equipment, and for all the other volunteer work you contribute to the Cougar Family.
The coaches, moderators & staff at Gross Catholic would like to thank you by inviting you to the Annual Volunteer BBQ at Gross Catholic on Friday, May 3 with social hour at 6:00 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m. We will provide food and refreshments. You won't be asked to do any work, other than show up and enjoy yourself! It does not matter if you volunteered just once, twice, or many times. Please come out and enjoy the evening. If someone you know did not receive this letter and should have, please invite them and let us know.
There is nothing better than a barbecue with our friends! This will be a social evening for adults only. If you would like to bring a dessert or an appetizer, that would be great. But you don't have to; you can just attend the barbeque!
Please RSVP to the Advancement Office by April 29, so we can plan on how many people will be attending. I hope you can make it on May 3 for some good company, good food, and some good refreshments.
