Students will be instructed in strength, agility, speed, nutrition, and functional movement training to improve athletic performance. Students may sign up for one session or both, but enrollment is limited. This camp will meet in the weight room. The entrance is the lower door south of the commons entrance (next to the garage doors). Register online here. |
