Principal Paulette Neuhalfen
Gross Catholic would like to introduce you to Paulette Neuhalfen, now serving as principal. Neuhalfen comes to Gross Catholic with a wide range of experience in Catholic education and school administration. She served as a teacher at Norfolk Catholic, the Associate Athletic Director at Iowa Western Community College, the Director of Admissions and Recruitment for Roncalli Catholic, and was also the Development Director and Assistant Principal for St. James Seton School. Most recently, Neuhalfen served as the Assistant Principal at Sacred Heart School in Omaha.
A Hartington, Nebraska native, Neuhalfen graduated from Hartington Cedar Catholic High School and received her Bachelor’s degree in Education from Briar Cliff University. She later received her Master’s degree in School Leadership from Creighton University.
Neuhalfen is very excited to join the Gross Catholic Family and shared, “I have witnessed Gross Catholic’s success and achievements over the past years while in Omaha. I am honored to continue my work in Catholic education, as I am also a product of an Archdiocese of Omaha school. I have felt welcomed from the first time I walked into the building and look forward to working with its incredible staff, students, families and community for many years to come.”
Neuhalfen has two sons and enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and enjoying the outdoors. An active sports enthusiast, she frequently goes for rides on her Trek bike in her free time.

Neuhalfen assumed her role as principal on July 1, 2018.
