Founded in 1968, Gross Catholic is a Catholic school in the Archdiocese of Omaha and is sponsored by the Marianist Province of the U.S. We offer a unique family community where our Catholic faith plays an integral role in our everyday lives. Our school was initially staffed by both the Marianist Priests and Brothers and Franciscan Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help. Academics is at the forefront. Students that attend Gross Catholic graduate with a quality education. Higher ACT scores are attained by students in Catholic high schools in general, and this is particularly true at Gross Catholic. Our faculty and staff are of the highest caliber and are some of the best educators in the Omaha area. As a co-ed high school, Gross Catholic reflects the real world. Boys and girls learn together, so they can become men and women who work together effectively. Gross Catholic students develop life-long, supportive friendships as part of the Cougar Family. This caring, supportive atmosphere uniquely defines us and encourages students to flourish as individuals. Our students, parents, and alumni know what sets Gross Catholic apart from the other high schools in the Omaha area — the Cougar Family spirit!
