Our amazing academies are delivering rigorous, mission-driven education that equips our students with opportunities for college credit, advanced coursework, and transformative learning experiences.
Beginning with the 2026-27 school year, we will have 13 teachers delivering dual-enrollment courses aligned with the Academies, with 3 teachers leading Advanced Placement (AP) courses. This growth demonstrates both commitment and momentum, but also highlights the needed financial support to maintain instructional quality and program expansion.

Health Science Career Academy
- 25 students earned their CNA certification at Gross since the academy launched in 2022
- Students earn 14 college credits and spend 140+ field experience hours in the hospital
Business Academy
- Students learn about entrepreneurship, accounting, personal finance, economics, and sports marketing
- 12 college credits earned, along with 140+ internship hours and a field trip to area businesses
Education Academy
- Students complete 12 college credits towards their degree requirements
- Field experience includes 140+ hours as a para-professional in an area grade school
NEW Dux Esto Academy
- Starting with sophomore year, students can follow a track to complete their associate’s degree in liberal arts while completing their high school education.
- Dual enrollment courses completed provide a head start on college degree completion
- Students receive enhanced college and career readiness through academic rigor and mentorship.
