Facilities Director Departs After 11 Years of Dedicated Service!

Conde Groski is moving on! Mr. Groski has served Gross Catholic faithfully since 2014. As Facilities Director, he maintained our building’s appearance and safety. Moreover, he ensured a welcoming environment for everyone. His dedication kept our campus secure and functional. Throughout his tenure, students and staff benefited from his tireless work.

A Path Forged Through Faith and Friendship

Interestingly, Conde’s journey began through community involvement. He joined the St. Bernadette Men’s Club in 2004. Those relationships eventually opened doors to the opportunity at Gross Catholic. In fact, someone proved particularly influential. Men’s club member Lloyd Mill informed him about the opening at our school. He shares, “Lloyd told me about the position open here at Gross, so I jumped at the chance. He is like a father to me and has taught me how to be a great man.”

Building More Than Just Facilities

Over 11 years, Conde gave countless hours to our community. He coordinated major maintenance projects and daily operations. Additionally, he oversaw facility improvements that enhanced student life. When challenges arose, Conde would bear down and find solutions. Furthermore, his friendly demeanor and quick wit made him beloved among both students and staff. His impact extended far beyond physical buildings. Therefore, he leaves behind a legacy packed with care and excellence.

A Deeply Personal Connection

Among many rewarding moments, one stands out most prominently. Conde watched both his daughters attend Gross Catholic. Subsequently, he celebrated as they graduated from our school. This personal connection enriched his service immeasurably. Indeed, being part of their journey brought him profound joy.

Please join the Cougar Community in thanking Conde Groski. We wish him happiness and fulfillment as he moves on. “Go, Cougars, Go!
