Amazing Junior Cougars!
Junior Cougar activities allow elementary school-aged children to learn more about Gross Catholic athletics and activities while learning skills, improving technique, and having fun!
Do you love to dance?
Are you entering 5th, 6th, 7th or 8th grade?
The Junior Allstar Cougars are a fun dance activity that practices 2 times per week at Gross. The main focus is on learning high school style pom, kick and hip hop technique and choreography. It is a great stepping stone to those girls interested in participating on a dance team in high school.
We are accepting new members and no experience or tryouts are necessary.
The Junior Allstar Cougars perform at some Gross Catholic Boys and Girls basketball games. They may showcase at a few local high school dance competitions.
Sign up are usually in July and practices will begin in August.

Junior Cougar Boys Basketball is a great way for grade school boys to learn how to be a high school basketball player. The Junior Cougars play in a competitive league and have many events.
Our Junior Cougar Girls Basketball Program is also excellent!
Junior Cougar Football is coordinated by Gross Catholic Head Football Coach Tom Van Haute. It is a great way to introduce your child to the great game of football!

Bonus: Every Monday a select few will be chosen to work out with the High School Coaches
Beginners: November 9th, 2020 – February 4th, 2021 – Time: 6:00 PM -7:00 PM
